Whif AI keeps data handling deliberately small. This page explains what is collected when you browse the site, why it exists, and what control you have over it.
What is collected
Browsing these pages produces the ordinary technical records any web server keeps: the address of the page requested, the time of the request, a truncated network address, and the browser identification string. This information is used to keep the site available and to understand which pages are worth expanding.
If you send a message through the contact page, we receive the name, address and text you chose to provide. That message is used to answer you and nothing else.
What is not collected
Whif AI does not ask for identity documents, payment details or contact lists, and the written pages on this site do not require an account. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the contact form.
Cookies
The site itself sets no advertising or profiling cookies. A small number of functional cookies may be set if you log in to the administration area, which applies only to the people who maintain the site.
Conversations
Chat sessions take place on the destination reached from the start buttons. That destination operates under its own terms and privacy policy, and anything you type there is handled by it rather than by these pages. Reviewing it before you begin is sensible.
Third parties
Hosting and delivery providers process request data strictly to serve the site. No personal information is sold, rented or exchanged for marketing purposes.
Retention
Technical records are kept only as long as they are useful for security and reliability. Contact messages are retained until the conversation is finished and then removed.
Your choices
You may ask what has been stored about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. Write to hello@whifhub.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Children
Intended for adults aged 18 and over. The service is not directed at children, and no material is knowingly gathered from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version replaces this one on this page. Continued use of Whif AI after publication signals acceptance of the update.
